Make a note of your progress. This is tremendously useful when you need to swiftly refer back to milestones and experiences to brief your senior manager or the HR team if/when they ask.
We all forget things really, really quickly – and important aspects can drop from the consciousness all too easily. So I would strongly recommend keeping a note as you go. I explain a lot more in the video below:
